• Guest: 7 days

You can check the expiration date of your links in your dashboard.

Yes! After creating a free account, you can:

• View all your links in the dashboard
• Delete links you no longer need
• Copy links to share again

Note: You cannot change the destination URL of an existing short link. Simply delete and create a new one.

Yes! Custom domains are available on the Business plan. You can use your own domain (e.g., go.yourdomain.com) instead of goxy.cc. Contact our support team to set up your custom domain.

Registered users can see:

• Total number of clicks
• Geographic location of clicks (country level)
• Device types (mobile, desktop, tablet)
• Browser information
• Referrer sources
• Click timeline

Pro and Business users get access to advanced analytics and export options.

Analytics are updated in near real-time. You may see a slight delay (usually less than 1 minute) between a click and when it appears in your dashboard. Clicks from bots and crawlers are automatically filtered out.

You can change your plan anytime from your Dashboard settings:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click on "Settings" or "Billing"
3. Select the plan you want
4. Confirm your changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades will apply at the end of your current billing period.

To delete your account:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Navigate to Account Settings
3. Click on "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision

Warning: This action is permanent and will delete all your links and data.

We accept:

All payments are secure and encrypted.

QR codes are automatically generated for every short link created by registered users. You can download your QR code from:

• The success page after creating a link
• Your dashboard, next to each link
• The analytics page for each link

Business plan users can create branded QR codes with custom colors and logos.

Try these steps:

1. Check if the link has expired (guest links expire after 7 days)
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
3. Try opening the link in an incognito/private window
4. Check if the destination URL is still active

• Account not verified: Check your email for verification link
