Goxy is a powerful URL shortening service that helps you create short, memorable links. We also provide click tracking, analytics, QR codes, and link management tools to help you optimize your online presence.
No! You can create short links instantly without an account as a Guest. Guest links expire after 7 days. For unlimited links, analytics, and custom features, sign up for a free account.
Yes! We offer a free plan with 50 URLs per 60 days, basic analytics, and QR codes. For advanced features like custom domains, no ads, and unlimited URLs, check out our Pro and Business plans.
Short Links
Goxy short links are 6 characters long (e.g.,
gosy.cc/AbC123). This makes them easy to share and remember.
Yes! Pro and Business plan users can create custom slugs (e.g.,
gosy.cc/your-brand). This feature helps with brand recognition and memorability.
- Guest users: 7 days
- Free users: 60 days
- Pro users: 365 days
- Business users: Never expire
Currently, you cannot edit the destination URL of an existing short link. However, you can delete it and create a new one. Pro and Business users can manage their links from the dashboard.
Analytics & Tracking

Yes! Every short link comes with a generated QR code. Clicks on the QR code are tracked just like regular link clicks, giving you full analytics on QR code performance.
Account & Billing
You can upgrade your plan from your Dashboard settings. Select the plan you want, enter your payment information, and you'll be upgraded immediately. We accept credit cards and PayPal.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial on our Pro plan. No credit card required. Just sign up for a free account and upgrade to try Pro features.

Troubleshooting
First, check if the link has expired (guest links expire after 7 days). If it's still within the expiry period, try clearing your browser cache. If problems persist, contact our support team.
Analytics data may take a few minutes to update. Also, clicks from bots and crawlers are filtered out to provide accurate statistics. If you're still not seeing data after 24 hours, please contact support.
